I will never understand why this idea was ever agreed upon... all it does it hurt patients and lead to hospitalizations/ deaths...
for example.... elderly on fixed income who' been paying let's say $35 a month for a box of insulin.... now gets into the donut hole and must pay $500-600 a box now ... alot of these folks don't have that lying around, so they go without insulin.... i see it every day, and I hate it for these people
