That’s a good guess.

I think he’s a perfect fit for Cleveland.

I don’t think he’s going to have a shortage of suiters and I think he’ll be wrapped up shortly after black Monday

Any guess as to why? Good defensive mind but the Panthers had 3 winning seasons in the 8 3/4 seasons he was in charge of the Panthers. Take away the 15-1 season and he was a below .500 coach.

might be dallas

he seems like the type to be ok just coaching and letting others handle the operations side of things.

he wasnt exactly much involved in the control of things in carolina and he is a laid back go with the flow guy that would fit in well with jerry being a control freak

There’s only 8 current HCs that you could “take away” 15 of their wins and have them still above .500

I'm thinking Dallas.

I disagree. He was very much involved in draft decisions with Marty Hurney at the controls

Personnel decisions aren't his strong suit though so he'd be better off with a control freak IMO.

Def not Dallas.
They will aim higher.

He is a good coach and I'm sort of glad he is out of carolina.
He always had them ready to play the saints, even with shitty roster management

Are you so sure he gets another head gig?
