Not disputing this but it’s kinda hard to believe considering Sam is from Maryland and didn’t start covering recruiting in the area until maybe 2015. But you have to believe Jimmy is the most knowledgeable at Rivals when it comes to Louisiana recruiting and I assume he has almost no input on ratings.

Likely but the entire network could be great yet would still be pulled down by Farrell. He's an idiot and way to stubborn with guys he likes or dislikes.
