Yeah a building built by men who cared about what they wrought vs the Chinese who have atrocious safety standards and a history of building things that capture the headlines for the moronic masses, only to have those same structures abandoned in a few short months or years. Collapsing buildings is not uncommon in China, they are a culture that lives on cutting corners on most aspects of modern life.
