Ballots distributed to voters on Dec 2. Have to be turned in by the 9th. Voters can turn them in any time in that period - their choice.

Monday, Dec. 9: Deadline for Heisman ballots to be submitted.
Monday Dec. 9: The 2019 Heisman finalists announced.
Saturday, Dec. 14: The ESPN televised announcement of the 2019 Heisman winner. (Private Event)
Sunday, Dec.15: The 85th Annual Heisman Dinner Gala.

Dec 15th is NOT a private event. thats when the ceremony takes place that you see on TV. Tickets are/were available for 10,000 - 40,000
