not true... this is no longer a requirement

in fact... I believe the Falcons no longer have their color rush among their uniforms in their rotation anymore and instead have the throwback uniform they'll wear tomorrow night as their alternates

ETA: according to a quick Wiki read... the 49ers, Jaguars, Titans, & Dolphins no longer use their original color rush uniforms at all (instead using throwbacks or have since done uniform changes that made the original color rush uniform obsolete and out of brand)

the Falcons may in fact still use their all-red color rush uniform... but they will NOT be wearing it tomorrow night against the Saints

ETA2: in fact... just last week the Colts didn't (and couldn't) wear their all-blue color rush uniforms... would've been too close to the Texans all-navy color rush uniform (which they did wear)

to further this point... I found a game where there SHOULDN'T have been any issue with both teams wearing color rush on TNF... but at least 1 didn't

week 10... Chargers @ Raiders... Chargers color rush is an all-dark blue... Raiders color rush is basically a throwback road uniform (white jersey with silver numbers and gray pants)

the Raiders DID wear color rush... the Chargers decided to wear their regular home uniform (powder blue jersey, white pants)
