Spoke to LSU ticket office. The $130.00 are lowers and uppers.
This begs the question: Since lower seats are generally considered better than uppers, why is it that they’re priced the same? Seems that uppers should be priced lower. Follow? I’ve yet to see regular and premium priced the same at the pump...

Some are and some aren't.

$130 = all lower & lower portions of sideline upper
$100 = end zone upper and upper portion of sideline upper

Got 2 in the $130 sections. Just awaiting location. Room was already booked with cancellation option.

There will not be many of us in lowers. The full band, student ticket allocation, players family, LSU admin will take up about 75% of the lower portion of the LSU section. My guess is if you are TAF ranking above 1000...you will be in the upper deck

Not correct. All lowers and all uppers are $130. Why do upper seats, regardless of where they are, cost the same as lower (better) seat holders? It doesn't add up. Are the uppers closer to the 50??

SEC Championship Seating.

I believe these show where the LSU seats are.

Relative to face value, how much did you pay??

Either face value or $20/ticket. When we play UGA the prices are a little higher, but never more than face.

SEC Championship Seating
According to those who set pricing, 111C (approx 40 YL) lowers are equal in value to 325 EZ uppers. I don't get it.

There's Amtrak and Megabus. Megabus is quicker.

That's the highest price point so that likely bodes well for lowers I'd have to think.

Club tickets were over $200. Can't remember if it was $295 or $245

Upper Deck seats in modern stadiums are often better than the lower IMO

I'd much rather sit in The terrace at the Superdome than the plaza.... the sightlines in the plaza are terrible

for example I said 40 rows up in the plaza for the Saints Rams last year at 50 yard line..... And I sat in row 8 of the terrace for the Saints Eagles playoff game....

My Saints Eagles tickets were so much better from a viewing perspective.

I guess this is a generic before they determined teams. You would think it would apply. The ticket prices are not shown for the team allotment.

I don't know what to tell you, man.

Supply and demand? They've deemed that they can make the most game ticket revenue relative to the costs incurred by pricing it this way.

Obviuosly, they subscribe to "The Golden Rule". If it were up to me, I'd charge >$130 for lowers ($150??) and leave uppers at $130 and show at least some pricing difference between upper and lower. I understand giving TAF members with great priority rankings preferred seating but not at the same price as the poor folk in the caboose.

In closing, I'd like to say: it still doesn't add up!
