Need filet knife recs

Want to get my brother a good filet knife for christmas. Don’t want to spend a fortune but still want something fairly nice

Electric- American angler (orange one)
Regular- Cutco
Those are the two I use and have zero complaints. The cutco can be engraved and has lifetime warranty.

for non electric, 6 inch victorinox boning knife- $15
if you need something longer for say redfish, 8 inch breaking- $30
