Wait a sec, them kids were running up to mouse in the video. She wasn't going to run up to him? That's what I see.

Exactly. The ones “receiving attention” ran up and hugged the mouse. The mouse waived at his daughter but that’s all he can do.

This employee was told not to initiate contact. Wait to be hugged or high-fived. So he waited, calmly and sweetly. But now he's labeled a racist.
