Playing there Wednesday morning. Any info on conditions or about the course in general? Never played there but my buddy just moved into the neighborhood.

It’s a fun track. Fairly easy and open. It’s almost always in good shape. You should enjoy it

Sounds like my heaven. Looking at the layout, definitely looks open.

Fun course. Nice layout. Grab a Daryl’s Special when you’re done.

Great course always in pretty good condition.
Go for the green on #11.
Don't go for the green on #16.

I went hole by hole looking at the exact layout and I already know which ones you’re talking about

Smart, but OP, don’t be a pussy. Lay ups are for basketball.

Still a very good course, but it was so much better before hurricane Rita.

What kind of shape is this course in right now? Heard they’ve had lots of water recently (shocker). How well do they drain?

It was a awesome track before Hurricane Rita. They lost a thousand of trees according to a Marshall.

It's still a fun and nice course but was primo before Rita. Trees that framed each hole are gone and the neighborhood has encroached upon the course.

Playing there tomorrow! Hopefully it's in good shape

I played this morning. The wind was kicking but we had a good time. I killed the front. 32/39 with 3 birdies and an eagle. Course was really nice. Greens were okay but rolled fine.

We went off at 12:45 and it was the only time I’ve ever played golf that I preferred to be in the rough instead of the fairway... Course was just sopping wet. It is what it is, just kind of expensive ($70) for the condition it was under. Still a fun course to play and will be back when I have the chance!

If you think that was “sopping wet” you’d think Greystone was still under water the last 2 months.
