I'm in the same boat, looking at the exact same tvs. Really want a oled, but scared of the burn in issues.

With a 3 year old child, I should be too. I honestly dont know enough about the differences between OLED and QLED.

It's only an issue if you don't use the auto cleaning system. It works in the background. Have had mine for two years and no issues at all. That's a B7a. The newer models are even better at preventing burn in.
