I've heard mixed things on probiotics. The fiber supplement I take has a prebiotic in it which I've heard is actually better for you.

Now given I'm not against taking probiotics temporarily since I was just on antibiotics and need to build my immune system back up. But long term are prebiotics or probiotics better?
