‘01 Florida was probably spurrier’s second best team.
Nobody has mentioned ‘97 Florida state yet. They were at the top of the rankings all year with Michigan and Nebraska and then lost by 3 in the swamp in one of the best games I’ve ever seen. They then smoked Ohio state in the sugar or fiesta. That FSU team was stacked and would have clobbered Michigan.
