Yeah, running a full size is pretty cheap, you can get away with a pretty light graphics card on a MAME machine. I actually prefer an old used AMD graphics card that works arcadevga to run on an old school CRT. All you got to get is a decent processor and you have a mean Arcade PC. Not nearly as costly as a modern gaming machine with a good graphics card.
