All the local police and county sheriff's office are 100%.
Only the state patrol has cars and bikes but you only see them on the major highway being sneaky looking for tixs.

LSP uses a few crown vics still. They give those to the rookies.
After a year or so they get a 5+ year old Tahoe and the crown vics go to the new rookies
