I live in Montana. Every local police unit and sheriff’s department that I can think of uses Explorers, Tahoes or various trucks exclusively. Montana State University PD used to have a couple Crown Vics but they finally phased those out a year or two ago. They use Explorers now.
Montana Highway Patrol uses Explorers, AWD Tauruses and AWD Chargers.
