What’s your point? Trump kicked arse in the electoral in ‘16 with only 8% of the black vote. The thing about the black vote is that it is in a lot of states where Rs typically don’t do as well. Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Nebraska, Kansas, and the Dakotas don’t have many black voters. Black vote for Trump moving from 8 to 10% would flip Minnesota and Virginia and lock down GA/FL

The black vote in Minnesota is far different than anywhere else. Of the roughly 300,000 African Americans in Minnesota, more than 25% are Somali refugees at this point.
