Football Power Index (FPI)

What credible metric places an unfeated team, one that is in the identical conference and division, below the one loss team?

Factor-in that their one loss was TO THE TEAM ranked below them, at their own HOME field.

And the higher team has zero top-25 wins, versus the undefeated team ranked behind them who has multiple, in addition to beating them head to head. Again, not a different conference; the exact same division!

It’s obvious the humans are tweaking the “computer polls” to fit their chosen narrative.

LSU has a significant defensive issue. It metastasized itself in a big way yesterday.

It's pretty easy to see why the metrics and computers aren't loving LSU.

2 of LSUs 'quality' wins lost again yesterday. One of them is no longer in the Top 20, and the other wont be when they lose to Bama

And its becoming clear that most teams have one of their highest scoring games vs LSU. That shouldn't be the case with the best team in the country

When people ask this, it’s clear that they don’t even know what FPI is.
