I'm so confused. A batter didn't look at the pitcher so that means someone is cheating?

Ok. I read it now. It's Bleacher Nation...I read his shite all the time 
Having dudes in the bullpen trying to figure and relay the signs is, to me, old school baseball. If they're doing that have better signs.
But using technology and signaling from the dugout? That's bullshite.
ETA, it seems like it'd be difficult for guys way out in the left field bullpen to a) be able to read the signs (unless they too were using technology) and b) be able to relay the pitch that's coming in a way that is not obvious and is quickly read (ie before the pitch is thrown).
