Someone suggested that the poor money management states was related to the diversity of the state.

For example. California and Texas are two of the worst when it comes to people managing money, they are also two of the more diverse states, as well as the two largest states.

Texas is a Republican state, California is a Democrat state.

Anyway, so if someone thinks that the states that are more diverse and have poorer money managing skills. Are you saying that its because they are not as smart.. Or is it more about being poor and uneducated?

In other words, do you think certain races are smarter than others? (if this, I can't understand the logic).
