I've been to games there. It's smaller, everything is on lower level(you walk down to get to your seats)
Vcu is one of the largest universities in VA by enrollment and basketball is basically their only sport. So they support it well in recent times given the good success.
The crowd is into it and loud. Fun games to attend.
