Canal is already closed in both directions, no way the implosion goes as planned and all the debris is cleaned off the street by late February.
So lets see, Canal will be closed for the remainder of Saints season, Saints playoffs, Thanksgiving, Christmas, NYE and the national championship game and MardiGras. I guess Endymion will be on the uptown route this year.
Latoya, Tim Mcconnell and Shaun Ferguson are great leaders of that city.
