This is an excellent day if you’re a duck.

At least until duck season opens.

Dealership service departments are fine for warranty work, but they're beyond ridiculous for non-warranty charges. I've been told by some good mechanics (i kinda used to be in the biz, sorta" that dealerships get the bottom of the barrel mechanics cuz the good ones won't work at d-ships.

I remember a long time ago that Richards Honda was a good experience. Not sure if they still are. Brian Harris BMW has a total goat frick of a service dept., and Price Leblanc is hit or miss...These are from my own experiences.

Skillet, I'm not too sure about that bottom of the barrel mech. thing. I have been around some outstanding ones and some green peas that just should have been accountants or something.

Most dealerships are sending their techs to factory training consistently because of the electronics and stuff and now the factory will not reimburse you for repairs performed if you do not have factory trained techs. It is definitely getting better!
