I'll admit the resemblance. But if that is Mt. Everest, then he is taking that photo at 17,000 feet, give or take, wearing a single layer on torso/arms and no cap/hat.
You can jump out of a warm tent wearing that attire at that altitude and snap a quick photo... but few could endure it very long. And he's a certified pussy, anyway.
