Thanks for posting this. I think it's important for people in our country to be reminded at times when there's more to that old guy down the street or the man you cross paths with at the coffee shop in the morning.

Three tours in Vietnam in the infantry, told a colonel once that that his men will eat when he turned them away.
Bought him a Navy Dad t-shirt and when people gave him shite, he said "at least he doesn't sleep in the mud."
