The NCAA might have their two bit chain with Penny. He's got enough money to hire the best attorneys to take this to the highest court possible. Also, the NBA's increasing their investment in their farm system and other guy's are have the option of going to play overseas for a year. The NCAA needs to find a way to coexist with paying athletes are face a quicker death.

The Shelby Court ruling will get argued by the NCAA in Federal Court and overturned.
