The one time I’ve been to Our Mom’s, the service was glacial.
Not quite downtown, but Thai Greenleaf is about 2 mins away and Punjabi Dhaba is about 5 mins away if you don’t mind eating in a convenience store.

"All burgers cooked medium well" is a deal breaker for me.
