The tissue and paper towel production is now from outsourced pulp... That's a huge downsizing

Kills me to see them carving up that land off 68/964 to build more neighborhoods. Zachary is gonna get crushed from the north and south. It’s nice cause it’s not overcrowded. But it sure seems to be headed that way

Zachary school district is going to have to look somewhere else for money now. Expect increased taxes locally.
