Zachary is the way to go. It takes me about 20 minutes to get downtown. P’ville is a constant cluster frick.
I will say that I’m starting to worry about Zachary and their schools. There are tons of houses for sale and a plethora of people are renting to trashy outsiders.

Anything to do with the massive GP layoffs? It would have had to have some kind of effect
