When I was young I absolutely resented the notion of seniority. I hated the fact that those that were older got treated so much better and young people always was given the shite jobs and never trusted with any of the cool things.
Now I understand that a person under 30 years old is basically ignorant and void of enough experience to be given the responsibility of the truly important task. A person that is 24 thinks they are really an adult and they are so blinded by youthful arrogance that they can’t see what they don’t know.
I think this is sort of the attitude of young socialist. They want to be the head guy, the boss, the lead. They blame capitalism for holding them back. They want to be a 50 year old at 20.
I think this is somewhat possible that this has something to do with it.

Generally that is correct. But I can't relate. When I was 16 I was convinced that I knew way more than adults that I encountered. Today I realize that I was right and they were wrong. But I was a conservative by age 12 after reading countless National Review mags plus the Compton's Encyclopedia. We didn't have a TV but we had a library within walking distance so that helped a lot.
