Probably because they watch the government bail out big banks and take care of rich people and wonder why can't they do the same for everyone.
Socialism is total fail but in this country we have big government safety net for the rich not the poor.

You mean loans that were paid back with interest by nearly every institution that received funds? The govt collected $15 billion more than it paid out in TARP funds.

You left out Detroit being bailed out.
That's the difference between a real conservative and a Democrat.
A real conservative thinks taxpayer money should never be given to ANY private company.
Democrats pick and choose who they think should get bailout money. HYPOCRISY
Also , people don't bitch enough about foreign aid , illegals and our welfare system.
Our country is full of hypocritical people on both sides.
