Our almost 3 year old has only slept in our bed a handful of times when he was sick or when we were out of town. I think our 8 month old has only slept in our bed on my wife's chest for an hour here and there to get him back to sleep when he is teething, I guess he hasn't really gotten old enough for this to be an issue with him yet
