re: Best neighborhoods in EBR for Halloween

He thinks I'm racist because I said that I live in an almost all white neighborhood so it's easier to tell who is from the neighborhood and who isn't. So I guess his issue that that I'm profiling, which is somewhat true. But that profiling is based off of the demographic % breakdown of my neighborhood.

However in my reasoning race plays no part. It simply comes down to if you live in the neighborhood or not. If you family is out there giving out candy so my family can enjoy it, then you get a full candy bar. If not, then you get two fun size bars. Doesn't matter if you are black, white, brown etc.
