Yep.
I work from home so I get my CrossFit classes in at noon most days.
Early morning sucks, lifts don't feel strong at all, takes forever to wake up. Evening workouts are fine... If I can get motivated to go. Noon is great because I am not yet burnt out by work and want to go to the gym, but also feel strong and capable.
ETA
I do take 11:30 - 1:30 for warmup + workout + lunch most of the time. Again, I work from home.. my boss knows I do it and I actually block out my work calendar every day in that time frame, but as long as my work gets done and I don't skip meetings and shite because of it nobody cares.
