Yeah, I didn't say the norms were good. I explicitly said despite any intent Trump may or may not have had.

I have enjoyed much of the norm wrecking. That doesn't mean you aren't called to account from time to time.

My favorite was the Israeli embassy move. Nothing but hand-wringing and predictions of doom and talking about breaches of protocol and historical norms etc. So then Trump just moves it to Jerusalem...and what? Nothing, that's what. Let's move on to the next hand wringing crisis!
