Back in 2005, we went over to the campus the night before the game and visited the football museum they have on campus. Admittedly we had a couple of beers before so we were a little loud. Mix that with us being on bama holy ground and it wasn't going to turn out well.
They have an exhibit for each coach starting at the beginning of their program. When we get to the Bear's exhibit, they have his desk behind a glass wall. We start to point out how they could have put a bottle of bourbon on the shelf behind him or a book of pink slips for the recruits parents whose sons don't go bama. That got a couple of looks.
What got us kicked out though, was our commenting how there was no mention of Mike Price at all. They just skipped right over him. "They could have included a stripper pole and the receipt from the $1000 room service bill."
"Sir, we are going to have to ask you and your LSU friends to leave the premises".

keep it classy, Scottie.

Bama's got a long and storied football history. As a fan of college football in general, I respect that.

Just imagine if the situation was reversed -- a Bama fan came on our campus and made disparaging remarks, too loudly, at an LSU football museum or similar spot where we celebrate our history.

We'd be pissed, and rightly so.

Show respect for your opponent. Try to beat the hell out of them on the field, but show respect. After all, we're all part of the best football conference in the nation.
