Went to India on a work assignment in 2000, saw they had ESPN at the hotel! I was so excited till I found out it was ESPN Asia. All they had was cricket and soccer. Woe was me.

Game time in Budapest (and Krakow) is 9.30pm. Highly unlikely there is any bar which will be showing the game, which will be up against European Saturday evening soccer matches. Watch it from home, streaming CBS Sports with a VPN.
