Use of deadly force is not applicable if someone is running away from you. It's amazing that people just accept this as the norm from cops.
and was a murder suspect
had the cops not shot and he killed a 2 yr old lets say a little black kid or a mulatto or one if them hybrid asians

Daycare was closed on Saturday, and the cop didn’t say that was why he shot (toward the daycare). Chief threw that in later.
His brother was the murder suspect. Not him.
