Stock up on some kratom and xanax/kolonopin for when it gets unbearable or you just need to get some sleep. Clonidine and something else I can't quite remember are usually used if detoxing in a hospital or wherever.

Your advice for an addict trying to get off suboxone is to stock up on xanax and klonopin? Kratam can just as easily lead him back to opiates as well. Horrible advice
