Detox sucks bro. But it's worth it. You did good to titrate yourself down like you did. Some trazadone might help you sleep but I wouldn't want to do that regular either. For about 2 weeks I only slept every other night. Then it started getting better a little more each night. A lot of people use things like tylenol PM and melatonin and such. But I like just being natural these days other than tylenol or advil.
Hang in there. You can do it.
ETA: The first few nights I slept little to none. Second week was every other night.
