The bottom of the Big 12 is better than the bottom of the SEC. WV and both Kansas schools have beaten out of conference P5 schools this year in convincing manner.
Tennessee, Vandy, Arky, and the MS schools are god awful.

Meh. Top of the SEC is Bama and LSU and top of the Big 12 is OU. Not really a difference other than 2 teams against one. The second tier Sec isn't really better than Texas/Ok state, etc. Texas gave UGA an arse kicking last year
