You think 21% of the people are fricking around about their REAL party registration in registering for something like this? That would seem really weird.

Texas doesn't have party registration. If anything this is saying either that 21% have voted in a democratic primary at some point, or a computer model suggests that they would usually vote democrat based on demographic information
