The prevailing trend is in the opposite direction, and it's happening fast in the suburbs. Hays and Williamson Counties in Central Texas went Beto, as did Fort Bend near Houston. Even my home county of Brazoria is purpling. And the Metroplex suburbs are going in the same direction.

As a resident of Fort Bend, I apologize for this.

That’s amazing to me that Brazoria is turning blue. I guess it’s the Pearland area.
