The penalty should be enough to send a memorable message to young people nationwide but 20 years is a bit much. Make brains aren’t fully developed until 25. Add in alcohol and frat bros and dumb decisions get made. He never actually posed a threat to life but also could have caused a timely and expensive evacuation of Tiger Stadium. I hope there is some judicial balance in his sentence.

And dangerous. Think about leaving after the game and how crowded it is walking down the ramps.
Now think about every person running down the ramps so they don’t die.
If they would have evacuated TS it would have been much worse than just monetary and time consuming.
