The Louisiana Republican Party must laugh its arse off at how it has tricked people into voting their rights away by pushing this "tort reform" bullshite.

The so-called "Party of Personal Responsibility" is saying persons and businesses should not be held liable when they frick up.

Smaller government my arse. The LA GOP is bought and paid for by LABI and the insurance lobby, both of which know damn-well insurance premiums aren't going to be reduced by tort reform.

If not for my great love for Trump, I would switch to Libertarian.

Cry harder.

You and the rest of the plaintiff mafia may have lucked out in 2015 getting a weak and vulnerable candidate with Vitter and a democrat that's smart enough to not sound insane but that kind of luck was never ever going to last.

The plaintiff Mafia is not the engine of Louisiana's economy and they never will be. That role belongs to oil and gas and we're fricking flexing our muscles here and about to run your arse over.

So do you not have an issue with the over abuse of....finding businesses liable for mistakes/frick-ups?

If you don't then chances are you benefit from your "opinion".
