The reason he is being quiet & not endorsing Sleepy Joe is that he & Michelle are privately backing Heels Up Kamela Harris behind the scenes. Since that isn't going too well it's going to be interesting where he goes from here. He will probably just wait for the nominee & just back them. I think he knows Biden is done. He is doing good just to complete a sentence in these debates.
