No, they are a problem as evidenced by the fact that this guy is already almost on top on the 2...which means he's taking one and a half seats by himself with that thing.

Never seen those, but I'd agree...those would be an even bigger problem.
This is an easy fix...simply tell people that they can not bring in seats with arms, or ones that extend beyond the seat size LSU has in place on the bleachers. Same as they have for bags, just plop them down and if they are too big, they have to leave them there. Of course, this would take competent folks working the gates, and well...
