I've been in Chicago for a little while, my deep dish pizza rankings that I recommend would be:

1. Pequod's in Lincoln Park
2. Lou Malnati's
3. Gino's East
4. Giordano's

I would also recommend trying Chicago Pizza Oven Grinder, it's a pizza pot pie spot that is cash only and one of my favorite spots in the city.

last but not least, WHO DAT !!

My old lady's ranking is
1. Gino's East(I didn't have it)
2. Giordano's
3. Lou Malnati's

She's into pizza way more than I am. To me Giordano's and Lou Malnati's were about the same. We had bad service at Lou Malnati's so it may have left a bad taste in our mouth.(No pun intended) The locals we talked to said deep dish is more of a tourist thing. I regret only having Portillo's once and wish I would have tried Billy Goat Tavern. We went to Au Cheval for a burger and another night ordered burgers at the hotel bar after a night of drinking so I was a little burnt out on them.

Definitely do the riverboat tour. I'm not sure about the weather but there's some nice bike trails around the lake and they have those bikes to rent everywhere.
We went to a comedy show at second city and really enjoyed that.

Pequod’s pizza better than all others IMO. Going with some Bears fans to the game, so should be interesting. Who Dat!
