Have had both shoulders cleaned out, then both replaced.
Still having an issue with my AC joint from deteriorating cartilage, so they are going in at year end and removing the end of the clavicle to give me some relief from the constant bone on bone pain. Steroid shots have made it livable but never last for more than a month or so.

Tell them about the possible clot, have them do what it takes to fix that issue and then reschedule shoulder op for a later date.

Oh....and stop being such a puss
