Don't know if he's that fast, but I do know that it seems to me when he gets gang tackled he moves the pile forward. I recall one play in the Florida game.......he got tackled about five yards from a first down. So there's the pile and you got LSU bodies and Florida bodies on top of Clyde.....and damned if that pile isn't moving forward. I'm thinking Clyde is at the bottom of that pile and he must be pumping those legs to move that pile forward. Sure, maybe the LSU players were helping to push the pile but hey - I get by with a little help from my friends. I've seen that happen before when Clyde is tackled.
Clyde reminds me of Albert "Stump" Mitchell....played collegiate football for The Citadel and professionally for the St. Louis Cardinals. He's now Cleveland Browns running backs coach.

Stump Mitchell was a baller. Pretty good comparison.
